Adds logic to delete old servers when they haven't pinged in a while. This is in response to behavior of the Cloud provider; I use spot instances which can be turned down with no warning, which was resulting in stale entries that caused requests to fail.

Delete Branch "refresher"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
